When is the problem going to be fixed regarding not being able to move on.

I cannot move on from level 297. Others have the same problem at this level as well as other levels. We are not being given the choice to ask friends to help us. This has been going on for 3 days now and we are becoming impatient. Please advise when this will be fixed. Regards, Rita Irwin
