they are in the wooden cages and all the line blasters are above them. I cant figure out to get the blasters down before them and still have enough moves to collect all of them.
Try and get one side of the line blasters down next to the cages... then you can free the pets and go from there. Keep using the line blasters as you go down. Check out an example here:
