Why can't I use the tools on my IPad? That makes no sense to me, even if I got the tools on the IPad, I cant use them.

Which tools are not available on your iPad?
Please notice that the boosters you win or buy on one device cannot be transferred to another device.

well, that's stupid. They cant be transferred, yet everything else goes from one device to the other. The level you are on etc......
