Pet island level#3how to clear blk block sect.nothing moves,hammer won't clear animals or blk blocks

Question

I clear almost all blocks,seal won't move down,pairing bomb type things don't do anything .hammer does not clear black blocks.makes no sense?what do I do to clear black. Blocks,& get seal diwn

Jessialex is correct, the trick is to get the fire and ice bombs together to blow up first the metal box, then the mesh off the line blaster.  It isn't easy getting them together, especially without blowing up the 2nd bomb with the 1st.   If you have extra block busters they can be very handy!Here is a video example:

When the fire block touches and ice block they expose the bombs inside.
