I am on the 1056 right now and i do not have the daily bonus. It is a little unfear, for my friend is on the level 5 and he does have it.
It's not about being fair, it's about luck of the draw. From the looks of it it's not a fully released feature and is more than likely going through testing right now, these things have happened with several other King games until they either become a permanent feature for all or gets scrapped all together... let's hope it's not the latter!
