When I try to connect to Facebook my game freeze. I erasethegame on my old device and recovered the progress on my new one. What should I do?

Is it both of your mobile devices that doesn't work? If yes, then it could mean that you have an app or a configuration that is blocking the game.
Also I suggest you try switching from WiFi to 3G/4G to see if the issue is with the Internet connection.
