How to get my pet rescue account to sync

On my iPad, I have completed level 1227 and it states there are more levels coming soon. However, on my phone on the same account, I have gotten to level 1233. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling and refreshing my network on my iPad but no luck. Please help.

Hey Christina, as far as I know it should go up till level 1242.

Double check both for updates for your iPad and your apps and do a restart too (I think this clears cache on your iPad).

On here http://petrescuesaga.com/help/en it says you should at least have an iPad2 and use iOS 6.0 on it.

Can’t get extra moves or bonus with adverts
Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please

Hello I have played for a few years,and when a level is won you get 600 paw coins, why hasn't it increased to like a 1000 it's about time it does ,playing for 5 or more years and it's still the same is crazy work. I am taling about in the Pet Rescue Saga Game. Thank you
