I can not get my ipad to log into facebook. It says it failed & try again later. I tried rebooting my ipad but this didn't work. I even updated it, no luck. Help!

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
