I think the best thing to do is to try some troubleshooting steps first.

Use Google Chrome as a browser and don´t open any other programs or tabs.
You can play Pet Rescue Saga on Facebook, but you could also try to play it on king.com.
I just tried on my Facebook in Google Chrome on Windows 10 and I could play.
