Since the May 23rd update has anyone been blocked from pet rescue?

the pet rescue logo is no longer there. A box with circles and intersecting lines appear with the name underneath, that's it. Can't get in to play. The automated system sends the same useless message no matter what I select. Frustrated, do not want to start over after reaching level near 700!

why did I lose my boosters
I got on pet rescue with my android like everyday again king asked me to agree to terms of service again I did and I lost all my boosters all of them and then I lost my weather time? being at the end of the game I want a answer or I can just stop playing this is crazy I even took screen shots
