I want credit for paying to complete level five,with money,only to have it never load,then blank out! This happens way too often with this game,yet it's my favorite,obviously because I spend a lot of money on it! Make it right!
If your game is crashing then you really should stop spending money until it's resolved right? Take some steps to sort this out but don't spend any money until you do... Here, take a look at these thread to get you started:

Hi is anyone having game crash issues with Pet Rescue Saga since the latest Petopia i have tried everything nothing works and support just say clear cache and restart device i have done everything theres a bug issue . Please fix it so we can play the game again
