This level is impossible I've had times where the line blasters never even appear until there is only 10 moves left!! I'm ready to just DELETE the game!!

Try to remove the columns from under the pets so that the roto-blasters can slide into position under them. When the blasters are pointing up use them immediately to break the vines and this should bring down the pets.
