Pet Rescue stuck at level 1422

have reached Level 1422 of Pet Rescue Saga but have not been able to progress further as it's been showing new level under constructions for many weeks now. - I also download latest version 1.96.14 for IPad version but still stuck at level 1422 and I loss all my bonus tools - Please help - Thanks

The construction sign is there for a reason, 1422 is as far as it goes on iOS for now until the update is released.
