Hi, I lost my game progress after trying to connect to Facebook. The game went back to the first level. Is there anyway to get back?

Hi, I've tried everything but I don't see my user id. When I lost my game progress I wasn't logged onto facebook. I tried to sync it with my phone and they both logged onto Facebook. I had my phone logged onto Facebook but not my tablet where I played most of the game. I thought if i sync the two they would both be at the same place. It was the start of a new level in the upper 500s. I hope this helps.
