have old ipad, been playing for years, won game #1227, on hold for going to a new game, what is hold up? husbands new ipad has #1228 etc, why not mine, the game exists, so why can't i get it via facebook? ticket ID #3400290

Which model of iPad do you have?
Please also tell which OS version you are using.

Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue.
It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot right before playing Candy Crush to see if it solves the issue.
