I've seen other players on King Care mentioning that they don't have some of the features and live events in the games.

It might be that you have the weather event if you try the game from a mobile device.

Why does my Pet rescue saga game keep freezing on facebook? I have re-started it and cleared all cache, menory etc on laptop.
