I am finally on level 10 on Pet Island and I can't seem to get the pets off of the bottom "blocks". Nothing I send at the blocks seem to affect them.

I normally check YouTube before playing a level. This way I have an overview of how to complete it as well as finding out how difficult it is.

I am at level 3607 in Pet Rescue Saga. While playing, I watched all rewarded video ads offered for extra moves, but the ads were not credited. Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
