No pets are dropped on level 1634 on Pet Saga? Played on multiple devices, still no pets. How do we get pass this level?

Pets are only dropped once you clear all of the black boxes using the bombs. The sooner you can do this, the more moves you will have to save the pets that finally drop.
This is not happening with me. I use all my lives and still no pets dropped

Hi is anyone having game crash issues with Pet Rescue Saga since the latest Petopia i have tried everything nothing works and support just say clear cache and restart device i have done everything theres a bug issue . Please fix it so we can play the game again
