I am on level 1160 or near abouts. Logged in and I have been dropped down to level 1 !!!!!!
Hi Marcia, this seems to have happened to many players with the recent update. Sometimes just refreshing the browser will fix it, or playing the first Level then refreshing the game. Don't panic if it's still not working, just let us know here and we can help you get back to where you were.
As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom previously, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. Do you have access to the game on a PC?

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
