I cant access the levels to win boosters

I cant access levels to win hoosters. It just goes back to my home page. This has happened for about a month.

Hi Johnny. It doesnt seem t o be the level i am on. Every time i go into eg Weather Alert it just goes out of Pet Rescue and back to my home page, hence i havent been able to win any boosters for a month or so.
