Lost all progress on pet rescue saga

i created a new facebook account and decided to conenct it with my pet rescue game.i was on level 1668 and after syncing it with facebook it went back to level 1 !!!!!!!! ???? Please please please help me because i will play this game before 3 years ago..!! Please help me ?? I want to back to my pet rescue
