Trouble Sync My Game's in My FB Acct.

I Cannot Update or Sync My FB Acct. On My Game's Candy Crush Saga And Pet Rescue Saga. I Already Update my FB Acct. & Candy Crush Saga&Pet Rescue in my PlayStore Acct. But Still no change. They say that is SORRY,YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE KINGDOM RIGHT NOW.PLEASE TRY CONNECTING AGAIN LATER,CONNECTION TO FACEBOOK FAILED PLEASE TRY CONNECTING AGAIN LATER when every time a try to sync to connect even do I have access in wifi or Internet Connection to access or sync my game's in my FB Acct. I Already Email My Problem in King Email they give me what I do so I follow what the king say to sync my game's in my fb acct. When I Try it its not Working, so I try here to apply my problem may be any one in king staff will answer my problems.thank u.have a nice day king.

No latest update of my software in my asus zenfone max zc550kl Android version 6.0.1 and I off and on my device every time I update and I connected in Wi-Fi connection, I check playstore now if there a new update of facebook and candy crush saga, pet rescue saga but no update at this day.Have you tried all of the recommended steps that King have provided here:
