If I don't complete a level on the Island on the first try I get sent all the way back to the beginning? Wow. I've been playing this game from the very beginning of its creation and you have just ruined it for me.

Thank you for your post.
I have checked your game account and your game progress is saved and it is still available. You only need to go into the app and reconnect to the relevant Facebook/Kingdom account and your progress will return.
To reconnect with Facebook please make sure first that you are logged in to the right account within the Facebook app/browser. Then on the home screen for Candy Crush. Tap to connect.
To reconnect to Kingdom. Go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials.

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up. It goes directly to level failed. I am sure I am not alone in this issue. Game glitch that needs immediate fixing PLEASE!!!!
