U say its altered so that 100% can play it - how can you justify this when according to FB you are losing most of the people who used to play? rationale please??

The game is still the same Pet Rescue that we all know and love. The style of the game, the mechanics, the characters, they are all still the same.
If you read our main thread here, you will see that the changes we have made were necessary as without them, the game would no longer be available on Facebook.

There are some minor issues with the new version that we need to iron out, but this is something we are on top of. These are just some small teething problems that come with a change in software.

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up. It goes directly to level failed. I am sure I am not alone in this issue. Game glitch that needs immediate fixing PLEASE!!!!
