problems with weather alert on pet rescue

my partner uses my laptop to play hes account and weather alert shows up on hes account but not on mine so isnt a computer issue any ideas howto fix this

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up.
