I am unable to play Pet Rescue because the white bar with all the ads on it flows over the game. It worked fine before the recent update. Please respond with plain easy english as I am 61 years old and computerese is not my first languange.

We recently changed the software on which Pet Rescue so you might need to update your internet web browser or change it.
The first thing to do is to visit this site: http://html5test.com/ and check your score at the top. If its over 400 then you should be okay to play the game. If not, you will need to try and play in another browser like Google Chrome for example.
I also recommend clearing the cache memory (old files) stored in your browser settings. This is easy to do by going here:
