I changed my phone. I want to transfer all the boosters earned in pet rescue saga from my old phone to new phone. How is it possible?

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.
This is not possible. I recommend you to first use your saved up boosters and lives on the old device.
Please note that boosters and lives do not synchronise between platforms and devices.
These are locally saved in temporary datafiles on your device. Any update or reinstall of the game or the operating system of your device can affect those datafiles.
