Why did I lose all of my hard work?

I connected to Facebook, to try to sync my progress to my new phone, and I lost all gold bars and boosters! I'm still on the same level, but I feel as if I got knocked back to square one. I did all of the troubleshooting, and got no resolution. I'm devastated.

Everything was removed from my old phone. I had almost 200 gold bars and they're all gone. I guess I needed to quit playing the game anyway. Oh well.

Do you still have all your levels and gold bars on your old device? I think all you'll have to do is to make sure the game is correctly connected to Facebook in order to sync your progress. This page can help you out:

https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-ios

Once you have synced you can check directly on Facebook if you have all levels and gold bars there. If all OK you can now start the game on your new device and connect it to Facebook in order to retrieve it.

Please notice that boosters and lives cannot be moved from your old device so you'll ned to use them there.

Can’t get extra moves or bonus with adverts
Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
