Every time I log in into Pet Rescue I get duplicate tab open which I don't, been like this for the last 4 days.

I had the same problem. Would run for a while and then in the middle of the game that message would appear. I have NOT been able to get a response either. This also happened in August and I was told to make sure my browser was up to date, they prefer Chrome and to empty the cache. Did all that and nothing. Then it stopped. Don't know if that was just a coincidence. NOW it started again AND NOW I try to load and it says I need an Internet connection to play! OF COURSE I am connected to the Internet! But CANNOT get help from anyone.0

Same, clearly King have no idea either as they haven't tried to fix it!!
