How long before Pet Rescue Saga is fixed?

When I try to play Pet Rescue Saga it will not load. I get a message that says need connectivity to the Internet. I already have Internet connection. Please fix the game so I can play again.

The disconnection thing seems to be Facebook related as it's happening to many games recently (not just King's games)
If you are still having problems loading the new Pet Rescue Saga, these tips might help
✅ Make sure your browser has been upgraded to latest version.
If you want to check whether your browser is HTML5 compatible, you can check on this page https://html5test.com/
If your browser achieves a score of 450 points or more, then you should be fine.
✅ Clear your browser's cache.
Old temporary files on your computer can affect game functionality.

Lynette I tried clearing browser & cache & history went back and made sure they were removed have the latest version of chrome, scored 568 I am HTML5 compatible, I have unistalled reinstalled everything I can think of. anymore suggestions?

King responded to me and told me that they have switched from Adobe Flash to HTML5. You'll have to download it, remove the game (don't click on remove history on the next screen) then reboot your computer and reload the game.

I've tried it and it didn't work.

King responded to me and told me that they have switched from Adobe Flash to HTML5. You'll have to download it, remove the game (don't click on remove history on the next screen) then reboot your computer and reload the game.
