when i click play on my current level it starts to load them says i need internet connection

when i click play on my current level it starts to load them says i need internet connection to play when i am already on the internet, i can play mystery mountain but not current level how do i fix this?

    At level 343 this has gone on for me for over a month....no help at all from King....i can play previous levels

    It sometimes helps to private message them, its a bot but I was able to get my last issue resolved. Good Luck!!!
