I was on level 15something and when I tried to sync my game to my Facebook account, it took me all the way back to level 1. I have tried logging out of Facebook and rebooting my iPad but this hasn't made a difference.

Its been over three weeks since I first posted my issue and not one person from King Care customer service team have contacted me to rectify this issue. I am still using my old iPad with the cracked screen because I am scared I will also lose my progress in Candy Crush. Can someone please help.
Sorry Michelle, it's been holiday time at King! I've highlighted your problem again but assume they will not see it until Monday.
5 days later and no one from King has contacted me. I have even sent a direct message to customer support with no reply. What is the point of King Care if they don't really care?

Thanks Lynette. I played and passed Level 1 as suggested, but no joy. It has taken me to level 2.
Hi Michelle, sometimes you just need to play and pass Level 1. Then the game will connect and put you to the Level you were when facebook last saved. Try this and if it does not help, come back here and let us know. Someone from King can fix your game :-)
