Guess I won't be playing Pet Rescue Saga ever again. Been stuck on "Running for over a Week" No fix

Been playing Pet Rescue Saga for over a year. Now all of a sudden it will not download. Stuck on "Running". Done with King . And I have heard of many people with same issue and there is no fix.

Kim, have you tried clearing your browser cache? Or using a new browser or anything similar? There cannot be a fix unless King know what is causing this

Sorry to hear that you cannot play pet rescue. Will you give the following a try please? I realize it appears lengthy but
It did solve a number of problems I was having. Please let me know if it helps.
- First of all I recommend that you try playing in another browser (E.g if you are using Internet Explorer for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Opera).
You can download them from the following links:http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/upgrade.htmlhttps://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.htmlhttps://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48126http://www.opera.com/computer
- Now please visit the following link https://www.whatismybrowser.com and make sure that your Flash player etc are all up to date. If anything is not up to date then simply click on the Update button to install the latest version.
- I'd also recommend closing all extra tabs and other programs whilst you play as these can often negatively impact the game performance.- Now make sure that you clear the cache regularly: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache- It's also a good idea to clear the cache from the Flash Player: https://forums.adobe.com/message/4278569

it's not a browser issue it is a game issue or none of the other games would work. it did the same thing a month or so ago and then all of a sudden started working again

Thank you Laura, King Care told me that they are working on this issue that multiple players are having. Hopefully soon as I had just purchased Gold Bars.it's not a browser issue it is a game issue or none of the other games would work. it did the same thing a month or so ago and then all of a sudden started working again
