Level 3992 gives me no more animals, after i rescued a ca 15 animals. Please help me.

Which device are you playing on? You need to go to the app store and check for updates. Have you read the tips @Lynette has given above?
I have had the same issue with 3992. I have played using a number of different strategies and have no problem getting the first 9. But not enough boxes nor animals drop to get the rest. I wanted to update the game but don't have that option.
My game is also stuck on the Halloween theme.
That is how the level works. Try to make small matches with your blocks so that you do not remove too many each time. Also avoid using boosters (like the balloons) as they also remove too many blocks and you will be left with not enough to finish the level. Good luck!
Yes i know, but after i have rescued ca 15 animals, i get now more animals, only a few blocks.

Level 3992 is a difficult one!
First you need to rescue the 9 Pets on the board.
Then some more more will fall.
You must rescue all these before another set of Pets come down, and rescue all these before you will get any more.
The main difficulty is keeping enough blocks on the board because Pets do not fall immediately after you save them all, but will only fall after you make a match with some blocks!
