i dont play via facebook i play via the king website y is it i cant get people to help unlock

to next lvl yet i have alot of friends sending me gifts so its not due to not having enough friends on the king site i have even asked the people making sure they still play n they say yes they do but they havent received notificationn to help me unlock to get to next lvl plz could someone help ty so much

Ok, I am sorry you're still having problems :(  And especially when not using facebook...normally its fb users that have it.

I am going to give you a troubleshooting link here. Ignore the part about Facebook but the rest is still relevent. If it doesn't help, come back to me and I also see if there are any known issues,
