I tried playing pet rescue and bubble witch 2 and 3 today and I found out that all my progress has been erased even though I signed in and saved my progress on the previous device I used. Pls help.

I am sorry your progress has vanished. You haven't changed your email since you switched devices? I assume that you signed in on the new device with the same details?
You haven't mentioned which device you have so I am going to give you the help articles for both Android and iOS. If you need any further help, please let me know π€

I have not changed my email and yes I did sign in with the same account also I use am iOS device.

Ah that is annoying as logging in should bring progress back. If you read further down the link I gave you for iOS then, it should give you a support link. If you cannot find it, let me know and I can give you it. You need to contact player support and ask them to restore progress for you. It won't be gold, boosters or coins etx but the levels will be back π€
