Pet Rescue Saga

Why can I play pet rescue on my iPhone but it won't open on my desktop computer in Facebook? This has been going on for weeks! Game on desktop Facebook just stalls at opening screen.

This is so frustrating. I have played over 800 Pet Rescue games on this computer and now it will not open. I have done everything suggested and nothing works.
