Winter chest

My winter chest has disappeared. All I have now is a puppy sitting by the van, smiling nonsensically. The chest itself is gone, and I got no stars. Although I can see what level I am at, I no longer have a map that shows the layout of the background of my journey. I know some members have said to be patient, and I am patient; however, it is a bit frustrating.

I am sorry you still have no chest or a map and appreciate how frustrating it is.
If you can play a few levels, the chest should appear. But it is possible its not been rolled out to everyone right at this time to try and stop everyones games breaking.
As to the map, you have the new version....so I am going to tag @Lynette as she knows more about this than I do 😉

Sorry @Lady_Choo - this is a 'new' event in the game (well new since last year when many of us got stuck with it in our games) I know as much as you do 😣
@Funlo your game looks to me to be as it should appear. You even have the map to see your levels, does the map work for you?
The only thing missing is the chest. Had you already filled it? (earned 35 stars)
