Level 2019 can be completed without boosters but it does take time and patience!
The trick I've found when playing levels with flowers is to try and keep the Pets moving as much as you can.
The flowers will wait one move, then send out their vines, so if you move the Pets on within one move they do not get caught.
This level helps a bit as it has bombs to also free the caught Pets, plus the in-game wire cutter booster.

Hi @Gayen Level 44 has been reported and they will be working on a fix. This takes time, then after it is done we'll also need to wait for the next game update to see the fixed version.
