How do I go about getting them back?
Robin if you spent money on the boosters and they hadn't been used, but were lost on a reinstall, then yes they can give you them back
Reinstalling was the only solution. I purchased several rockets and side blasters. If I cannot be assured I can recoup part of them, I won’t risk spending more money on the game. Thank you for understanding.

King can't normally replace boosters as they are saved on your device so when the game is wiped, so are the boosters, were any of them purchased? They can be replaced. If they were free ones, I will ask if they can send you a few as a goodwill gesture as you did try the advice and came back to update.

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
