Sorry Eleana Rose, this is a known glitch on Mystery Mountain that happens when the game does not register you using the exit button. Sometimes this occurs due to internet/facebook connection issues. If you can play on another device this can unstick the game, or just wait and it will resolve it's self.
I didn't miss my daily gift yesterday, level 500 and something signing in everyday… But, it's at level 0 today!!! What happen???
