Shouldn't there be a reward when you collect the flowers, strawberries etc.? The last few times I collected them, there was no reward (pawints or similar).

My other android is a Galaxy tab S5e. This one loads the game up takes about 5 minutes

One is a galaxy s6, what is the other device? The one that is slow. The studio ask for things like that as sometimes issues bug some devices more than others.

Edit** She has also asked me to check that you have 2GB free memory as that would impact if if your devices were full, but we really need the device to add it to the list. Its getting a longer list, so its not just you 😥
Hello I am playing on an android and my player I'd is 1189420759
I try to get it to load each day without success. I have left it for the best part of an hour but it just sits on the orange screen
My other tablet takes about 5 minutes to load the game and also about 5 minutes to return to the main screen after either playing a level or the daily game and the ad hoc games like the raining island
I am loathe to reinstall the game on the one that will not load as I will lose my boosters

What is wrong with Level 6305??? As soon as you start to play it says, Level Failed :-( no moves available. Which clearly there is.

Can you see it in the app store? It should be there and say "open" but don't open it...scroll down through the info and it should say the version 🙂
The one that will not load is ona Galaxy S6 Android version 13 I am unable to find the version of pet rescue as I cannot get into it

Where can I get an answer to my problems with the Petopia event please. I have it on my two tablets. One I have at home and the other is at a friend's house so my problems are not network related. The one at home takes about 8 minutes to load from the first screen that has play and account. Once loaded if I play a level then want to return to the main map it takes about 5 minutes to refresh the page.
The other tablet at my friend's house refuses to load now. I left it trying to load for nearly an hour without success
This only happens when the Petopia event is running as the game works fine at all other times
Hi @lesleybir , the wording is wrong on this quest. It is hamburgers you need to feed them.

I have many issues with petopia. It starts off well but after a few days takes a long time to refresh the screen after completing a level. The game takes a long time to load. These problems only occur with the petopia event the usual game works fine. The last two petopia events also had these problems. It is nothing to do with my tablets
