Why does your game do this?
I lost my game and had to redownload again. It started me at level one. Okay. That's life. But now it won't let me continue unless I "sign in" but it won't let me. So I clicked to change password. Got the email and followed prompts and chose new pswd., but when I click "change password" button, it won't go through. The page just sets frozen on my screen. Even when I click the "X" to close the screen, it never lets me have a new pswd. So the game won't let me play offline. What is with that?

Hi @LadyAleta ill be honest I'm not sure what's going on there.
can you let us know the make and model of your device and are you logging in through the kingdom?
when it signs you in eventually though progress should be restored as long as it was saved before so maybe not all is lost 🤗

Using Intel pc with windows 10. Logging in through google and or duckduckgo. Mostly just trying to play the game which I downloaded on my pc. Don't have time to go online and play. Still can't log into game when it says I have to sign in. Says wrong password. So I click forgot pswd. I am sent the link but when I type new pswd in, the button to finish it, won't click. So, no, I haven't got the issue resolved.

I am so sorry, I didn't get this notification and you've had to wait longer.
One last question, you installed the game as an app on your w10 machine? Just want to make sure thats right.
Does it come up with any error message? Like a no connection or anything?

I have a desk top commuter. Went online to try to change pswd but it won't let me finish changing it on the last step. It just freezes, won't let me click the button to finish/complete. Since my first game would not let me play anymore, I uninstalled the game and had to redownload the game and start over on level one. Still can't sign into game online or change password, as it won't accept my original pswd. However, yes, I am using windows 10.
