Lost game data Candy Crush Saga

Hello I wanted to ask why my current progress in game Candy Crush Saga was deleted? I had about lvl 1000+ and about week ago I lost all my progress and started again at lvl 1. I was pretty mad about that but I tried to play again. I played till lvl 100 and the next day I found out I have lvl 1 again. To be honest it started when I instalized Facebook Gameroom and few of games similar to Candy crush I can't even load again and progress in game is from lvl 1 too. On FB Gameroom is my game progress still about 1000+ lvl just not on normal facebook. Thank you in advance for your reply.
