Dissappearing messages

My messages are sometimes there but when I click on the box they disappear. Sometimes they are there then dissappear before I even click the box .

Hi Stacey, Thank you for posting on King care. Are you playing on a mobile device? Are you connecting to Facebook?
Can you let me know what you are playing on, the OS and app version if on a device. Have you checked for updates?

I realized when I am not logged into Facebook, I get many more messages since I only have 2 Facebook friends who play. When I log into Facebook, they go away .

Hi Stacey, it sounds like its connecting you to Kingdom players when not logged into Facebook. These are players who aren't logged into Facebook either. That's why they vanish when you log in. If you are getting plenty of help not logged into FB, you could always stay logged out. Make sure your account is synced with the Kingdom though for saving progress.
