Sorry for butting in, I just happen to be around lol.If you sync your Facebook with a Kingdom account, progress is saved (and gold and coins) Then you can just log on with the Kingdom instead and no more Facebook 😁

Unfortunately the 'playing through facebook' is probably what is causing your problems. Like you've mentioned the facebook version is plagued by problems recently.
What you can try doing is contacting 'player support' and explain your problem to them - sometimes (but not always, depending on what they can see is happening within your game) they will replace missing gold.
Hi Lynette. I know they didn't mean to take it. It was when I was logging in to play Critter Carnival I had I think 51 bars by the time I finally got into the game I had 5. I now have 15 so it gave some back. I know the game is very messed up right now. This isn't the first time they have taken to much. Sometimes they give me rewards that I think are meant to replace the gold. I play only on my desk top computer and always through facebook. I'm usually in it at least an hour sometimes less sometimes more. Thank you so much for responding.

It's not fun when your hard earned gold goes missing 😕
The game does not 'steal' it though, usually it's because the data is not being saved properly!
In order to help you, can you please tell me what device you are playing on, plus how you log in to save your game (facebook or email/King)?
