The duplicate tabs message on Facebook

Hello there!
We've noticed that some of our players are experiencing an issue on Facebook, which interrupts the game. We apologize for the inconvenience and understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn't work as expected.
But you can be assured that the game is in good hands, as our team is already on it and is doing their very best to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, we would ask for your patience and encourage you to follow the thread for further updates.

I am still having trouble with duplicate tab message when i play pet rescue

It can sometimes help to go to your Facebook app settings and turn off your game notifications from facebook.
Facebook sometimes detects notifications as the game, so thinks you have opened it twice. 😕

How long will this take ? It's really annoying It's been happening for 2 days, I've cleared the cache etc and nothing works. Very annoying, looking to find another game if this isn't sorted ASAP!

@mitch6419 some other things to try are to diasble game notifications in your facebook settings, and to try opening the game in a different browser.
You can also try reporting the issue to facebook (it might make them work faster on their part in the problem)
