@Lady_Choo , Were the gold bars given out from the recent contest? If so I've not received them.
Also just to add that from time to time when you haven't played a game for a while, King will encourage you by sending you out a little reminder email, reminding you that you have gold bars. Kind of like this (couldn't get it all in the image I am sorry)
Its recently been reworded slightly to be a bit clearer. Might have the title you have x bars to be used.
It just means they are the ones that you already had, but you might have used them since the system updated. You are not getting extras 😉
I didn't receive mine either. I commented under the contest and @Lady_Choo said she was waiting for 2 people to put up their ID #'s. Not sure of the two people she has them tagged. That's what the hold up is. Look under that contest and you will see our comments
If you do not see gold bars that you've won they will sometimes appear next time you open the game - if not, use the gear wheel within the game to contact game support via the help button. This way they can look directly into your game to see what the problem is and replace the bars if necessary.
I won gold bars on latest event and didn't receive them either

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
