I'm on different levels between android app and PC. I would like to play on both depending on my location. I have logged off of FB on both devices without the android moving on to 2278.

Might be that you have an old version of Pet Rescue Saga. I suggest you start by updating it to the latest version. This will give you access to all new levels currently being released (2292 levels).
