There seems to be an issue and we have reported it to the studio, who's looking into it. For some like Sally (thanks for coming and sharing the results by the way!) restarting and other troubleshooting options work. However, it seems like there might be something happening with the game as well, hence why we have sent your feedback to the studio.

Ok. Problem is back. I have done what Xarly said but didn't help... I always seem to have problems with this game after they have up dated it. Has there been an up date lately?
Thanks for your help Xarly, I restarted my computer and that seems to fix the problem,
not sure why it happened but its working fine now. Monique mine started to play up a couple of days ago too, try restarting hopefully that works for you too.
I have the same problem since few days, browser up to date, clear cache and cookies, different browsers, different pc, same problem, my husband and my son too.

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up. It goes directly to level failed. I am sure I am not alone in this issue. Game glitch that needs immediate fixing PLEASE!!!!
